终于看完法證先鋒IIDVD. 这是一部很好看的港剧. 它的第一系我也老早就看完了. 我找了很久才从我的朋友那儿借到第二系的DVD. 欧阳震华再一次演法证高及化验师高谚博. 林文龍,蒙嘉慧和钟嘉欣续第一系也演了重要角色. 第二系加了郑嘉颖和佘诗曼. 他门演仪了香港法证, 法医和警察的破案手法和精神. 既精猜又感人, 很好看!

Manchester United 1-0 Middlesbrough is the result for the game played this morning. Berbatov scored the only goal in the 69th minute to help United to cut Liverpool's lead to seven points with two games in hand. From the net and I quote, Sir Alex is worried by the misses that his team have in this game. I think he should be because Boro isnt any strong team. Given other team, United might have lost this game and would cost them the title. With Liverpool starting to show championship form, United have to show the kind of football they played last season. With the inclusion of Berbatov, they should be even stronger than last season. Till now, this isnt the case. Arrogant and lost of fighting spirit might have occur in the United players. But still, a win is a win. They must build from this win and remember that they are real king of english football. When was the last time Ronaldo score?

This is Life

Today was a fruitful day. Baby and I went to Vivo with 2 things in our mind. 1 is to exchange the Levi Strauss's polo T that we bought for Mike and do some shopping for myself. Today was lucky as we manage to get a parking lot in 10min time. I remember the last time I went there on Sunday, it took me about 40min to find one. We exchanged the polo T but with a different design. We also each bought a new pair of jean. It only cost us $99.90 as this is the price stated if you buy 2 items. Then we treated ourself to some coffee and tiramisu at coffee company. I wanted to watch Ip Man. As good wife, baby always give in to me when comes to movies. But, we are unable to get tickets in Vivo so she suggest we purchase it through AXS. True enough, we got our hand to 2 tickets at Tampines Mall. As we have lots of time, we make our way to Marine Parade to check out the exchange rates for US currency. To my surprise, the rates aren't good. Nevertheless, we carried on with our shopping. Baby got herself a new belt and handphone pouch. For me, I bought 1 sweater and polo T from G2000. They are having sales till 4th of Jan so guys, make your way down to the nearest G2000 and start grabbing. Finally is movie time.
It was a fantastic show. Donny Yen once again show us his martial art skills. He really CAN fight. Every damn fight was so brilliantly directed. In the movie whenever Ip Man fights, he is out to kill. Trust me, this movie will be a big hit in Singapore. As it was me that wanted to watch this movie, I felt relieved when Baby told me this was a great movie. A must watch for everyone! After the movie we end the day with a supper at Bedok 85. The Porridge was good. So happy that Bedok 85 is open again. Finally it was time to go back home. A Long day out with great achievements. Thats why I say: This is Life!

Tevez save Man Utd

Lucky Manchester Untied! Tevez save the devils from a draw against a weak team like Stoke City. Stoke play ugly. United play so bad that I thought they are Stoke City. Both Rooney and Ronaldo are lucky not to be send off. Hopefully they can start to get back their form especially next game is at home against Middlesbrough. Tevez did it again. Even though he start the least game among the top 4 attackers united have, he play fantastic tonight. Chasing every ball and creating many chances and most important scoring the goal. Without Ferdinard, Evra, Rafael and Carrick, united struggles. I really think G.Neville should play lesser game. Giggs and Scholes still not tat bad but maybe as sub. Where is Nani and Andersen! Sir Alex put too much faith in Flecther and he think Ronaldo and Rooney can turn game all by themselves easily. Soccer is play with 11 man so everyone plays a part. He need to educate both Ronaldo and Rooney more. They are losing their head more and more often. This shows that they never put their teammates ahead of them.

Ouch It Hurts!

Today was a special day for. I should say quite a painful one. I extracted out my wisdom tooth today! I have to because if I dont do so, I might fail my medical and dental FFI test. This is a test for all F15 guys to go through to indicated that we are fit to go to the states.This is the first time I had ever had my tooth extracted out. I am honest. It really hurts. Painful and Bloody. But that was for the 15min in the surgery room. The rest of the times is all numbness. Really thankful to my Dad and my Wife. After my surgery I know I better not drive back home, so my Dad went to the hospital with me. He patiently waited for me just to send me home safely. Thanks Dad! Baby rushed down after her work. With my Dad around she knows I am in great hands but she just want to be there for me when I needed the most. Thanks Baby! Love you. With both their love, I am able to reach home peacefully. From there on, baby took over. She take good care of me. I felt like emporer really haha. My Mum shower me with her love as well. She did it in term of food. She cooked me porrigde when I am finally able to eat. She is like on standby mode, as and when I am hungry, here comes my Mum. Thanks Mum! Even though I still cant enjoy any food now, but at least I have this extracting of wisdom tooth out of my mind. Next up is our blood test!

We(me, my wife, Mike and Pris) booked two rooms in Conrad Contenial Singapore for our Christmas eve celebration. We checked in around 2 plus with Sufern joining us. She cant join us for the party later in the evening because she wana stay home be a good daughter and wife. We loves the room. One of the room number was my birthday number 2212. Baby is simply in love with the rooms. She also want us to hold our customery wedding here. Seem like my pocket is gonna get a bigger and bigger hole.

Back to the celebration. Really have to thank Zhiyong. He came over with his precious WII. He is well donned up for dragonfly later in the night. Baby and Pris have a great time with the WII. Me and Mike went to Caffour to meet Mud to find food for dinner. We got KFC, Sushi and Platters from Fish&Co. We also bought one Log Cake. We had a feast! After our dinner, Stanley came over to join us. He and friends have their own celebration at Riz Carlton. We just enjoyed ourself with WII and Viwawa. Lots of laughter lots of fun. To end it, we watched a Dvd that I rented early that day. About 2.30am, we head for our bed. The next day morning we gonna attack the breakfast that was prepared for us.

This year christmas was the first for me as a married man. Previous year I would be out there clubbing and drinking. It was a special celebration. There is no liquor at all. Dinner was bought by ourself and in a hotel room instead of spending alot in a restuarant. No music or dancing. Just games like WII and Viwawa. Most important, it was with all my closest friends. Maybe its because my marriage status or just maybe I am getting older, I really does cherish all this precious moments with close ones. This time next year, I will be celebrating in the states. But in my heart, I wont forget this year's celebration.

Had my 26th birthday celebration yesterday at dragonfly. All my close friends turn up. A very big thank you to my wife. She is the one that got me the 2 table. With this, my friends and I were able to enjoy ourself. Thank you darling! My wife and I drank alot. Both went back home damn drunk haha. This is the first time I went clubbing with my status as married haha. It was long time since we last went clubbing. This was the place where I first met my wife. Alot of memories indeed. Thanks to Mike too. He got me the cakes! Thanks to Xiaobai for going there early with us. And big thanks to Chin Beng, Stanley, Mentor, Xinsen, Nick and Cherlyn to turn up. I was also able to celebrate with Kenneth last nite. Totally unplanned. His birthday is on 21st while my is 22nd. Last year this time, we also celebrated together and we each open one cannon. I promise myself next year my birthday, I wont be drinking and all i wan is to have a simple dinner with my wife. Anyway we would be at states next year my birthday.

Fifa Club World Cup Champion

Yeah, the devils won the Fifa Club World Cup. This is the first time we have won this title. But the sad thing is we got Vidic sent off and this will cause him to miss the first leg againt Inter. Think Sir Alex will start Evans for that game. Rooney is the man again in this game. Scoring the winner. Just hope he can have the form he had earlier and start bang in more goals. Champion once again!

Just look at the number 1 pick of the clip and you will know why he is called AIR. He is a great leader on the court. Off the court, he is very discipline. Look at his body. No matter how great people says about him, he still seek for improvement. 6 NBA title, numerous MVP and scoring champion, 1 NCAA title, 2 Slam dunk champion and 2 Olympic gold. His team doesnt have many great great player maybe expect Pippen. But, they still win. Reason is not just him. Its his never give up attitude that influence his teammates and his opponents. Even in the course I took in coaching, there are chapters that takes him for an example.

Oh my! Man Utd is facing Inter Milan. As what I say on my last post on this issue, it would be interesting to see Jose Mourinho to come back Old Trafford. Seems like my wish is granted. Hopefully it will be a defeat return for him. Sir Alex Vs Special Jose. The rest of the english team also have tough draws. Liverpool face Real Mardrid. Chelsea will entertain Juventus and Arsenal will take on Roma. Lets get Champions League started!

This is my favourite Thai song. First heard this song last year Sept during my detachment at Korat. Saw their MV and find this song really means alot. I even bought their album when I went to Bangkok this year Jan. Even though it is a Thai song but I can understand a few lines. I can speak a little bit of Thai too as I stayed in Korat for 6 weeks. During those days, It was so fun because its purely work from 8 to 5. After 5, no other stressful matters like secondary appointments. After work is eat, drink and enjoyment. When come to weekends, all hell will break lose. But still, as a representative of RSAF, we will never do anything stupid. From this 6 weeks, I learn alot of things and it will stay with me till the last day of my life.

One day at Vivo

Went to Vivo to shop for winter wear with darling, Mike and Pris. This shopping trip cost me almost $600. First stop, we drop by Traveller World to get a few items. I bought 2 snow caps, 1 set long-john, a pair of gloves, a few pair of socks for myself and 1 cap for darling. All this cost me about $220. Next stop, Timberland. Manage to get one jacket that will come handy when winter comes during Dec. That jacket is casual and really can keep me warm. With Timberland now having 30% discount and another 10% with citibank credit card, I got this aroud $260. Very worth it. Finally trip, we proceed to GAP. Over there I just get a sweater which with discount costs me only $50. To end the night, we settle our dinner at Marche. Nice food and nice place. It was my 2nd time this week there haha. To spend that much within a day was well worth afterall. At least I am progressively preparing myself for my States trip. But I still have a few items to get before I am ready to go! Countdown to St Louis: less than 2 months!

Oh no United!

Damn, the devils draw 0 -0 at white hart lane. With Liverpool draw at home with Hull, they should have take full advantage of it. But, they failed. Now, Chelsea must be simling... Why does Fergie always play Darren Flecther! Anderson is better than him by miles. The only positive take from this game or this season so far is United have faced all tough opponents away from Old Trafford. Hopefully second half of the season we can win all home games and retain the title.

Preparing for Wedding

Almost 3 weeks since my wedding solemnisation. The sweet memories are still fresh in my head. I hope to share with anyone who are preparing for their big day and came across this post. I can still remember that it took us 2 long months to prepare. The preparation was tough and stressful but we were lucky to be helped by 2 wonderful person.

Lets start off with our wedding photo shoot. My wife manage to find one bridal shop which was near my house. The name of the bridal shop is Golden Horse Awards Bridal & Studio - Tampines. The first person that we want to thank is Ms Rebecca. She helped us through all preparations and details for a wedding photo shoot. With her help, we managed to get everything done perfectly. She is always there when we needed help regards to any issues. Thanks Rebecca.

Another person that I would like to mention is Mr Denny from Hotel Rendezvous. We had our wedding solemnisation in this hotel. He ensure everything goes according to our plan and help us whenever we come to a cross road. On that day, he assigned someone to follow through the whole process with us. But to our surprise, he make his way down to ensure everything goes well and to congrat us. Thanks Denny.

We are into the 19th day of our blissful marriage. There will still be quarrels but that is part and parcel of a life long journey with someone you really love. We are really looking forward to our stay in the states and planning for a better future for ourselves. All might be soft plan and rough sketch but thats all that kept me moving everyday. Every movement and every decision that I made today, its a small yet important step for us to reach for a better tomorrow.

The red devils draw with danish side Aalborg 2-2. Rooney coming up with the equaliser and Tevez scores again. I think Fergie should play Tevez more. Maybe all 3 of them together(Berbatov). A record-equalling 19th Champions League game unbeaten and secured top spot in Group E. With that come the possiblity of facing either Real Mardrid or Inter in the next round. It will be interesting with the return of Jose Mourinho to Old Trafford.

Last day of my leave

Just came back home after a long day. Its my last day of leave so I got to attend to a few things before works resume tomorrow. I had great session in the gym. Still seem not much improvement but still I wont give up. What I want is not to be as bulky as a bodybuilder. I just hope to beef up and be physically fit. Before that, I went to find Encik Elan, someone that I have the utmost respect, to pass him a small gift from my wife and I. He was unable to attend our wedding on 23rd Nov but still send his gift to congrat us. So thoughtful of him. In my heart, he is always a leader who leads with pride and passion.

10/12/2008, I opened up a new savings account with DBS that will last for 15 years. Since we got married, we were hoping to have our own baby but as we are going to the states soon, we decided to postpone the plan. But still, I open this savings account so that a few years down the road when we have our baby, we can have some savings for any usuage. After so many years of working life, I am ashame that I do not have any savings. But, for the sake of my family, I think I have done something right.

Introduction

Kind of weird to give an introduction at this point of time because this afternoon I got something to attend to. For those who does not know who I am, my name is Brandon and I am 26. I am happily married and looking forward to have a simple yet beautiful family. Like what was written on my blog's header, I believe in right attitude brings you great altitude. I once heard this from a great man Mr Jeffery Goh who is in his 60s.

In my blog, I will have informations on things that interest me the most. Most important I hope to have feed back and informations shared. This way, everyone that visit my blog will gain something from it.

I am die-hard red devil or what people always say, nothing but Man Utd. Basketball is my the other love as it is in me since I am only 7. Gym and Mahjong are the only past times I have now. Be surprise that I watch dramas too, esp those from HK and One million star show, is the music life I live in. So, everyone can expect my blog having all these.

First day expressing through blogging

9th December 2008, memorable day indeed. Its my first try with this blogging "thing". For the past few years where blogging was getting great attention, it got none from me. I believe this is for girls. Like a diary. But, things changed. Blogging isnt a girly stuff anymore. It is to an extent that people are earning millions with this. Yah, I dream of to be one of them but hell, its not that simple. For now, I would just to give this superb technology a try and see how far we can go.
